What defines me?
A Systemic View
As a political scientist, I’m interested in how public administrations, policymakers and society interact and why change happens. Having worked within public administration, I understand how institutional structures, established routines, and power relations shape organisational dynamics. With additional training in organizational consulting, I accompany change processes in a structured way and help identify patterns, levers and obstacles in complex systems.
Facilitating Dialogue
I’ve experienced how powerful clear, respectful and courageous conversations can be, especially in challenging situations. To support reflection and shifts in professionally, I trained as a facilitator, mediator and reflective supervisor. With empathy and creativity, I support people in finding new solutions and shared understanding.
Working Across Borders
I studied in France and conducted research in Romania. In Bulgaria and the South Caucasus, I led international urban development and public administration reform projects, including projects commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). In addition, I have advised urban development projects worldwide.
Working across different countries and institutional contexts has shaped both my practice and my professional stance: curious and attentive. I know that what appears foreign can be very close — and that the familiar often opens up new perspectives.
On a Personal Note
I collect soup recipes from all over the world.
I love very slow trains on holiday and very fast ones in everyday life.
My bicycle is almost always with me.
